Not everyone can be a model. You need to first have the raw talent. My job is to help you master the art of being a fashion model. First, it begins with confidence and an appreciation of SELF, which can make or break you in this industry. You have to be at peace with the reflection in the mirror and not only the image on the surface, but connect with the inner you! Standing in your truth is vital and learning to do this is the first obstacle you’ll need to overcome.
It is necessary to understand modelling is an artistic expression. Standing out and cutting through the competitive noise of the industry should be your main focus. It’s not about being the most beautiful, or standing the tallest in the room but rather being YOU. ART is looking for everything uniquely special about YOU. You just have to learn how to work YOU and that’s where I come in!
I started modelling at the age of 15 in my birth country, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Since then I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to walk in runway shows, in the Caribbean, Canada and Europe. I’ve appeared in Canadian, and Caribbean commercials, and is the brand ambassador for designers like Eyal Zimerman. The wealth of knowledge gained through my experiences in the industry has allowed me to perfect my craft on the runway, on photo shoots and in the area of acting. I’m still living out my dream as a model , however I found a way to solidify my place in the industry through SoliInc. as I help others find their path.
I’ve coached models locally and internationally; The Cassidy Group Talent Agency, The African Union Tide in Dortmund city, Germany, Soli Productions Management Inc., and aspiring freelance models now signed to other modelling agencies in Canada. My coaching style is very militant and effective, I produce results not promises.
